Applications are processed Monday through Thursday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

  • No landlord/tenant judgments

  • No active bankruptcies, must be discharged for at least 1 year
  • Utilities must be in the applicant’s name by the time of the move in
  • Must be employed with your current employer for 6 months or more
